My order has not arrived when I expected. What should I do?
If your order has not yet arrived, please follow these steps:
- Check for delivery notices
– The postman may have left a card if they attempted delivery while you
were out. Follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery. - Contact your local mail sorting office – If no card was left, check with your local sorting office to see if they have your package.
- Delivery timeframe – We ship via Royal Mail 48-hour service, which is usually reliable. However, occasional delays may occur within the Royal Mail network.
- When to contact us – If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) from the date of your dispatch email, please get in touch, and we will arrange a replacement.
I made a mistake and want to cancel my order.
We require at least 4 hours' notice to cancel an order. If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at vitaminute2017@gmail.com so we can process a cancellation or refund.
- If your cancellation request is too late, you will need to initiate a return for a refund.
- Return conditions:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and the original buyer.
I can’t find the product I want to order.
If you're having trouble finding a product:
- Try searching by product name in the search box at the top of our website. As you type, our smart search feature will assist you.

Once I’ve placed my order, how long will delivery take?
How long your order will take to be delivered depends a little on when you placed it:
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour service, meaning you should receive your package within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
How should I store my product?
Once opened, transfer the product into an airtight, light-resistant container. Store it in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
My tracking number says "Delivered," but I can’t find my package.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please follow these steps:
- Wait one more working day – Sometimes, the postal worker scans the item as "delivered" but does not actually deliver it until the next day.
- Check with your neighbours or household members – Someone may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact your local sorting office
– If you still can’t locate the parcel, check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have additional information.

VitaMinute offers 30-day returns for unopened, unused items in original packaging, excluding final sale products, third-party purchases, or used items. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, with replacements for damaged/defective items requested within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery Terms
VitaMinute offers free Royal Mail 2nd Class (2–3 days) and paid 1st Class (1–2 days) or Next Day by 1 pm delivery, with orders dispatched within 1 working day. Delayed parcels must be reported within 7 days for assistance.
