  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only applicable to products purchased directly from the VitaMinute online shop.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or distributors.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
